Our rules
- OpenStreetMap data is only rendered as the basemap; nothing from it is copied into the sight database, so the CC0 and CC BY-SA mix stays clean.
- Every description and photo carries its source and licence and the panel shows it.
- Guidebooks and other copyrighted works are never ingested. Public lists and articles are used only as signals of which places matter.
- Text you contribute is published under CC BY-SA 4.0, the same licence as Wikivoyage, so it can be shared back.
Reuse
The sight database is a derivative of CC0 and CC BY-SA sources. Want to reuse it? Write to hello@mapvistas.com.
